Smith is the lone freshman in this article. She is extremely polished and poised, for not just a freshman but any player. She uses a tight crossover to get in gaps as she has the ball on a string and is very comfortable getting teammates involved. But when she switches to attack mode and looks for her own finish it is evident. She is able to finish through contact, and boasts a very developed high off the glass floater.
