Comito proved to everyone watching last week that she deserves to be in this Top Five listing to finishing off her high school career. What we watched her do this past season is nothing short of noteworthy. She led her team to a 4A State Title while DOMINATING her competition in every facet. The only team her program lost to this Winter was DSM-Valley out of the 5A Class and they only lost by 1 or 2, demonstrating that they belonged in the conference for one of the best 4A programs throughout the state of Iowa. When Comito looks back in a few years, she should be proud of her accomplishments. She put together a high school career that should get her jersey retired at Carlisle in the future and that’s not something most others will be able to say.
