Makayla Gehrke competes with an efficient style of play on the floor. From what I’ve put together she doesn’t look like the type that forces any unneeded action. She takes what is given to her by the defense and that’s why she thrives more times than not. Gehrke is coming off of a team leading performance yesterday in PRO16 play. She finished with over 15 points while registering a few other positive statistics on both offense and defense. As an individual I would say that MG has quick hands, active feet, and an impressive ability to adapt in short amounts of time given the situation put in front of her. That adaptability is something that is going to take her places in this sport, especially if she keeps getting better over time.
