Maliyah is a tough lefty who consistently put pressure on opponents with her motor and competitive nature. She’s a strong finisher, especially when getting to the left side of the rim, and she showed good command of the game with the ball in her hands. With solid handles, she was able to control the offense, penetrate the defense, and make strong passes after attacking the middle and finding her open teammates.
Gilbert is a playmaker in every sense of the game. A player not afraid to bang inside and score through contact. Great footwork which allows her to score at will at the rim. A walking double double.
