Mickelle is fast. She had some nice drives to the basket and finished well. Her defense was really good as she showed good anticipation to jump passing lanes and was tough on the ball. Poly had a full roster with 14 players on the bench for a fall league game but, Mickelle was the player that really stood out.

Mickelle is a bucket getter and finished with 5 points. She did not play heavy minutes in this game, but with her team needing a big basket late, Coach Kendall Peace subbed her in. She immediately cashed in a huge three pointer with a under a minute left to put Poly on top for good. She has a knack for making clutch shots and I wanted to recognize her for that. She will be a contributor at the next level because shooters are needed at every level.
