Most of my evaluations of Iseman come from her spring and summer play, where she continued building on the name she made for herself as a freshman. Heading into her sophomore season, her name will be at the top of scouting sheets, and the question will be whether she can maintain that same level of impact as defenses start to focus on her differently. She has the scoring ability, with shooting being at the front of her skill set. The question now is how much she’s sharpened her overall game to adjust to that attention. I could definitely see her making a major impact for both her team and herself this season.

The form is pure, and she has no hesitation about when to let it go. She can create her own shot, whether it comes off the ball or off her own dribble. She looks comfortable getting into her shot from different spots on the floor, and once she gets a clean look, she’s confident enough to take it. She’s developed well, and I could definitely see her becoming one of the top players in this class as time goes on if that development stays consistent and intentional.

Iseman plays carefree, and when you have the knack of shooting the ball as she does, that’s one thing you want a player like her to continue to build: confidence and creativity. Off the ball, she creates her own shot just as well as she does with the ball. She can get to her spot, come off screens, and hit angles for easy back cuts. Strong upside if the work behind the scenes continues.
