Gordon is one of those point guards who makes everyone around her better. She does an excellent job setting up her teammates and finding ways to create good looks for others. At times she can be almost too unselfish, but her ability to see the floor and make the right play is a huge asset. If she becomes a little more aggressive looking for her own scoring, her overall impact could take another step forward.

Nyla put up 8.5 points and 5.3 rebounds per game last season while showing flashes of what she can become with several breakout performances for Eastern. She’s an athletic guard who likes to get downhill and attack the rim. Nyla thrives in transition, plays with good energy, and does a nice job getting others involved. She also makes plays on the defensive end with her awareness and activity. I see big things ahead for her, and she’s definitely a prospect to watch in the Louisville area this season.
