Presley Brinkley Presley Brinkley 5'8" | SG/PG Creekside | 2026 State FL had a breakout week last week making contributions in several offensive categories: Brinkley shot the three well, got to the rim in transition, and also got to the free-throw line for scoring opportunities. Brinkley scored 21 against Fleming Island and followed up with a 16 point effort against The Rock. Brinkley also pulled off her regular point guard duties and then a good job of controlling pace and running the offense.

Brinkley led Creekside at the point last season and helped lead Creekside to a successful season. Brinkley does a little of everything on the court and that three point shot is effective. She knocked down over 40 three pointers last season. Brinkley can string them up when she gets on a role, and she can also get to the rim. The now Senior guard has good speed and can get to the rim and score.

Due to roster injuries, she took over the point guard duties and did a good job running the point and initiating offense. Brinkley also showed signs of a good three point shooter. She has the ability to shoot off the dribble and off the catch. Brinkley can string multiple threes when she get on a role. Brinkley is primed for a special season and her team will once again be a player on the first Coast.

The scouting report on Brinkley hilighted her three point shooting ability, but her ability to get to the rim in transition was the theme on this night. Several times Brinkley got the steal and took it coast to coast, maneuvering through traffic and finishing at the rim. Brinkley also had a few jumpers that has been her “M.O” to this point in the season. She was also impressive with her playmaking ability. She got to the rim several times and made a dish to a cutting player for the basket.

Presley Brinkley is showing some serious shooting ability from behind the arc.  Brinkley will likely have the green light to let it fly.  She gives Creekside two shooters on the court and opens up floor for their inside scorer.  Brinkley also has the ability to take it to the rim if a defender closes out too fast.  The young guard can also handle the ball and last year showed versatility playing the one and two positions.
