Raven Lexander has been showing off her versatility on the court her entire high school career. She can get inside using her height to score on the block, and she does a nice job grabbing rebounds on both ends. Her ability to get open around the perimeter and score from deep shows off her way of scoring on multiple levels that is difficult to defend. Her length is sure to deflect some passes disrupting her opponents’ offensive sets.

Raven Lexander uses her height to get inside driving against contact. She is excellent at making one move and blowing by her opponent to score some points. She didn’t shy away from reaching in to strip the ball from her opponents on defense, and she seemed to have a knack for tying up the ball to gain possession.

Raven Lexander has a new home with Myers Park, and she is fitting right in nicely. Her versatility is a crucial piece to their game plan as she can handle the ball, shoot it from deep, and get inside to handle her own on the block. She guards a variety of opponents as well using her length to deflect passes and grab steals effectively. Her chemistry with her teammates is apparent knowing how to zip passes to them in order to get her team some points.

Raven Lexander showed off her versatility blocking shots on the defensive end. She stripped the ball of guards trying to drive by her. She took these steals the other direction with a nice change of direction on her way to two points finishing at the rim. She had a strong baseline drive to the hoop using the glass to score her points. She grabbed her own rebound, drove to the basket, and found her teammate to kick it to on the baseline for a two point jumper.

is one of the newer players at Myers Park. She brings length being able to get up high for some rebounds, and she moves quickly up and down the court making sure she is ready for the pass in transition. She has a quick release on her shot making it difficult for anyone to get into position to affect it. She can certainly guard all five positions on the other end of the court as well.

‘s length is certainly an asset on the court whether she is going up for rebounds, blocking shots, or deflecting passes on defense. Her height allows her to play anywhere on the court showing some nice moves to score from the block and being able to step outside the three point line to show off her shot. She’ll be taking her talents to Myers Park this year already having experience from winning a state championship with Concord Academy.
