is another smooth guard knocking down her shots all over the court, especially around the perimeter. She sees the floor so well knowing how to move with the ball, and she comes off screens executing plays perfectly finding the open areas to get the ball back. She’s fun to watch, too, because of the energy she brings on both ends of the court. North Carolinians are excited to see her team up with 2021 graduate Jessica Timmons next season.

showed all of her versatility posting up in the paint for her points using power dribbles and going after the rebounds. She uses her handles dribbling between her legs to protect the ball and create some space before she pulls up for the three pointer. She had some nice dishes inside to her teammates finding the open looks. She picked off her opponents’ passes on the other end. Her consistency showed in some nice back to back plays. First, she drove hard to the basket earning a trip to the free throw line. Then, she showed off her range knocking it down from deep followed by hustling back on defense to deflect a pass that ultimately led to a steal and points for her team. She followed in transition being ready for the offensive rebound. Her power dribble spin move seems to be unstoppable in the paint.

was aggressive driving hard to the hoop battling through contact and converting from the free throw line. She had a nice lob pass perfectly placed off a screen to her teammate cutting to the hoop. She had a nice steal in the fourth quarter leading to a three point play in transition for herself, and this seemed to happen on repeat for her making plays. She had a big second half crashing the boards, using power dribbles to reposition, and putting the ball back up through the hoop.

Douglas seemed to have the SEC locked in with her last two schools that she was considering being Alabama and Georgia with the Crimson Tide winning out. Douglas has been playing Division I level basketball for years now, and we have no doubt that she is ready to make an immediate impact. She can score at all levels, and she moves so fluidly with the ball finding the openings to put up her shot. As a ball handler, she controls the tempo and reads the floor well seemingly being a few steps ahead of the defense at all times. She can keep up with anyone she is guarding knocking the ball away and making it difficult for opponents to get by her.
