Another prospect with an impressive basketball pedigree, Mayberry is one of many Lady Hornets of Booker T Washington who will be playing college ball next year. She’s a skilled scorer, which should be no shock with a former NBA player father and four sisters who had played high level college basketball. While capable of attacking the rim, she’s perhaps at her best as a shooter. As she was one of the top perimeter scorers on the girls Under Armour Association circuit. Her recruitment has been on the quiet front, but she did attend Texas State’s Elite Camp over the summer. Now her focus will turn to helping the preseason favorites in 5A, Booker T Washington win a Gold Ball.
