There have been all kinds of Marshals in Kansas History that kept the streets safe in the cowtowns of Abilene, Wichita, and Dodge City. One of the best administrative generals in American History was General George C. Marshall, the namesake for the post-WWII Peace Plan known as the Marshall Plan. Mill Valley has a Marshall who can plan offensive attacks or defensive barriers on the court. She is quick, has great court vision, and scores in the half-court or in transition. She is ranked No. 19 overall in the Kansas Class of 2027.
