Quick guard that is a great shooter from outside the arch. Good vision in the transition game while pushing the tempo. Great handles and decision making on offense. A very the quick first step when attacking the basket. Scrappy on the ball defender that stay low and lock in. Sarahi is starting to gain some interest and several offers.

It’s a good example of her making a variety of passes, even post entry. Generally pushing the tempo with pace and good court vision. Which makes sense as she looks quick and seems to have a “nose for the ball”. As she’s often scooping up long offensive rebounds and finding the ball in other loose ball situations. Spot up three pointers seemed to be her most prevalent form of scoring that weekend.

Sarahi was one of the more developed players on Team 5. — she displayed great control and was able to get multiple shots off – not only off of “catch and shoot” situations but she was able to create space & drain numerous three’s! — defensively, she made stop after stop with her quick feet and her quick reads!

Sarahi was expected to perform well at the Top 250 Showcase – & that is exactly what she did! – it was clear that she had been working on her skills as she was making crisp passes to her teammates, hitting shots from deep and getting to the rim with her quick moves! — she got to her spots well in transition, played “in your face” defense and was able to make precise entry passes to her bigs inside! — Beltran will have a stand out season at Victory Christian!

Sarahi enters her junior year at a new school – with plans to help the Victory Lady Conquerors to a very successful season. Beltran is a solid ball handler and a solid shooter – but, more impressive than her ball handling and her shooting is her feet work inside! — she stands at 5’3″ but once she is inside of the paint, her pivots and maneuvers are deceptively advanced. — the Top 250 will be an event where Beltran can make a statement and showcase her abilities to compete against top level opponents!

The theme of the day with a lot of the point guards was probably them trying to do too much. What makes Sarahi stand out is her ability to read the defense and take what’s given. Yes, she can drive to the basket and score it. She can do that to the point where it leaves the photographer (me) lost when she fakes the pass and then leaves even other parents with their mouths agape when she scores it. But, she can also slow it down when she needs to. She can read things. The ability to play at multiple speeds was hard to find in a lot of point guards on Saturday and Beltran had it down! If you need a point guard that can do it all, she is the one. Trust me!

is a PG that can score from the 3 or beat you with her quickness getting to the rim. Showed great footwork connecting on several outside jumpers and transition pull ups. Quick hands and feet allowed her to consistently apply pressure on the ball. Sarahi outside shot and quick change of speed on the dribble can make her a tough match
