Savannah is a kid who I like to call a “substance” ballplayer. She is a solid on-the-floor athlete, she has some strength to her, and she’s fairly physical for a guard. What’s most impressive about her, however, is she has a keen understanding of the game, a solid feel with the ball in her hands, plus she can play multiple roles. She has a solid handle and can act as a game manager as a point guard. She’s a solid downhill attacker and can absorb contact. She’s also a very good perimeter shooter who can get on hot streaks. She has played well so far in her first year for the Lady Raiders.
