Reid is a D1 prospect. I stand by those words. She led her team to the brink of victory against eventual state champion Lansing Catholic.

is a Division 1 college basketball talent. I’ve seen her take on the best, play toe to toe with the best, and even beat the best. She was at it again last night. Reid was prolific on offense and was the catalyst for many of the mini runs that tied the game or put Westfield Prep within a point or 2. Reid attacked the rim and drew fouls, buried 3 point jumpers and fed teammates in scoring positions. She might have had the play of the night with a pretty behind the back pass that led to a layup.

In 2022, Reid showed that she has the ability to not just play against high major prospects, but she can shine among them. I’ve seen it with my own 2 eyes. She’s absolutely electric on the offensive end. Reid has shiftiness with the ball, giving her the ability to constantly find looks at the rim.

The jet quick guard applies constant pressure to defenses. She utilizes a ton eurosteps and pro hops to get space. She has a wicked rocker dribble and can hit enough outside shots to keep defenders guessing.

If there’s a coach out there looking for a late steal, this could be your player. I’ll stand by my statement that Reid is a definite mid major talent and quite possibly a long term impact player at a high major. The young lady can ball.

This young lady is a lightning bolt, carrying the ability to take over a game if her team needs it from her. Reid is prolific with the ball in her hands and can create space for her jumper whenever needed. She has in the gym range on her shot as well. Pace of the game will definitely not be an issue for Reid, as she already excels in an up and down the court type of game. Reid matched up with D1 commits at a PGH Circuit event and she was the one that set the tone of the game. If you’re a D1 coach, this young lady will be a steal.

Reid is one of the most prolific players in the state and is extremely underrated. She has gone toe to toe with high major prospects, and at the worst, played right with them. Reid has volleyball line type of range on her jumper and can handle the ball with the best. She can use those handles to create and make the scoreboard operator sweat.

I always knew Reid was good, but she drove home the point of exactly how good she really is at a PGH Circuit event this spring. She can flat out play with the best. When playing a team filled with D1 recruits, Reid was probably the most impressive player on the floor. She can handle the ball, create and score like a D1 talent.
