Sierra has a nice floater game in the paint and is a strong playmaker who consistently puts her teammates in good positions to score. She does a good job getting into the paint and kicking the ball out to open shooters. She also has a tight handle that makes it difficult for defenders to take the ball from her. Her combination of quickness and playmaking ability allows her to consistently create for herself and others.

Sierra has a nice shot and a quick release. She plays with a high IQ, seeing shot angles to get her shots off inside against taller defenders. She keeps her head up when dribbling and has good vision to spot open teammates and cutters. Sierra rose twenty five spots in the rankings from #50 to #25.

Sierra submitted her own video showing that she is now a Fairfax Stars product. She keeps her head up at the point and gets the ball off quickly on finishes disrupting the timing of potential shot blockers. She has a smooth effortless three pointer with a pure release.

Sierra has a small frame but showed the ability to get to the basket against taller players. She finishes well and has a good form on her shot. She will get stronger over the years to handle the physicality of high school basketball.
