Whitney is going to be a playmaker at the high school level. Her ability to create off the dribble, slash to the hoop, finish, and sink pull-up jumpers stood out during games for The House ‘] 14U at the PGH Michigan College Tour IV. Whitney used a shifty inside-out dribble to create the space she needed, then buried a smooth pull-up three from the top of the key. She drove hard from half-court, got the angle, protected the ball with her shoulder, and went up strong to score an and-one layup through contact. Whitney drained a mid-wing jumper, split a gap for a speedy left-handed bucket, and drove hard again for another layup. She’s a very crafty and skilled guard ready to make an impact year one.
