Zoie was really good tonight and laid it all out on the floor for her team. She was the most consistent player for the Patriots and used her veteran leadership to give her team a chance to compete. She is very tough driving to the rim and had many finishes through contact. She really shines defensively. Zoie was voted to the All-Tournament Team after an awesome weekend of hoops. She is just an all-around tough player and epitomizes what it means to be a Century Patriot.

Zoie is one of the top guards in the state and a great leader for the Patriots. She plays extremely hard and tough on both sides of the ball. She is averaging 14.3 points per game, 5 rebounds per game, 3 assists, and 3.2 steals per game. She is also shooting 44% from the field and 78% from the free-throw line.

Austin is a dynamic offensive player with impressive versatility and skills. Zoie averages 15.5 ppg. Zoie excels at creating her own shot off the dribble, finishing in traffic, and utilizing her speed in transition. She can pull up for a jumper or drive all the way to the rim with precision. Austin’s finishing ability is one of her best traits. She is strong, athletic, and adept at finishing after contact with both hands. Austin has impressive body control and balance. She has an exceptional motor, Zoie plays with relentless energy, and constantly puts pressure on the defense. Austin is a major scoring threat because her unique combination of strength and speed creates constant mismatches with opponents: Against taller players, she leverages her speed to penetrate and score at the rim. Against quicker defenders, her strength allows her to “muscle” to her preferred spots on the court. Zoie is an impressive player for the Patriots. An All-Conference selection a year ago, Zoie will be relied upon by Century heavily this season. She averaged over 14 points per game and with the departure of Eden Fridley, I expect that to go up. What I really like about Zoie is her defensive intensity. She is a very good on-ball defender and is very difficult to drive past. She also has a quick first-step on the offensive end. She is able to read her defender’s feet and fiercely attack the basket. Zoie will have another impressive year for Century and be critical to the Patriots winning games in 24-25.
