Gretta Kampschroeder Naperville North
An IBCA All- State 3rd team selection , this 6’0 guard has the shooting and scoring ability to potentially be recruited by Major D1 programs as her career unfolds . She scored 29 points in a Regional Final loss to cross town rival Naperville Central. Look for her and her Huskie team to make some noise this upcoming season at the Class 4A level.
Sydney Affolter Marist
This 5’10 forward helped her Marist team advance to the Class 4A sectionals . She was an IBCA All-State 4th team selection. Her season high of 27 points in a victory over Chicago Fenwick showed she can put up big numbers and play well in big games.
Laura Strenk Regina Domincan
An IBCA All -State Special Mention Selection at the Class 1A/2A level, Strenk a 5’5 guard averaged 10.6 points , 3.6 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game this season . She had a season of 27 points in a victory over De La Salle in February. A very poised player that is able to impact the game in many ways.
Timia Ware Whitney Young
This 5’5 guard has very advanced Basketball IQ and Vision for her age and position. An IBCA All State Special Mention Selection, Ware was the catalyst for the Dolphins this season as they advanced to the sectionals before bowing out to Benet Academy in a tough 66-65 loss.
Krystyna Ellew Chicago Taft
A 5’10 Ellew can play all 5 positions on the floor and averaged 20 points per game this season for the Eagles . An IBCA All State Special Mention Selection , Ellew has the size and skill to be among the stat leaders in all categories in the future and while playing against the Public Leagues best competition in conference play.
