– 5’10 SG – Indianola
Clatt showed a lot of control in the game against Norwalk. She was able to hit jumpers from all over the floor and finished the game with 18 points. The lefty has a smooth stroke from beyond the arc and doesn’t need much room to get it off. Her shooting ability is going to be highly coveted at the next level.

Bishop showed a lot of good things in the game against Norwalk. She was able to knock down a couple of shots from beyond the arc and was able to get to the rim. She played stellar defense in locked down Norwalk’s scorer. Bishop is an athletic guard who can play both on and off the ball.
Bren Moritz

Norwalk | 2021
State
IA
– 6′ PF – Norwalk
Moritz had 12 points and 13 rebounds in the game to lead Norwalk in both categories. She has a nice touch around the rim and holds the ability to track the ball down for long rebounds. Moritz plays well out of the high post and has solid vision with the ball in her hands. She is able to make plays for others.
Taylor Veach

Central DeWitt | 2022
State

– 5’11 SF – Central DeWitt
Veach was solid in the game against Davenport Central. She was all over the floor and did a good job of taking the eyes of the defenders so that others could get to open shots. Her outside jumper looked very fluid and she was able to get to the rim and score the ball.
Allie Meadows

Central DeWitt | 2022
State
IA
– 5’8 PG – Central DeWitt
Meadows showed off some deep range early and often for Central DeWitt. I thought that she was good at breaking down the defense and the ball didn’t stick in her hands. Finished well at the rim and made some very solid shots through contact. Makes a great duo with Veach.
Bella Sims

Sims
5'4" | PG
Davenport North | 2021
State
IA
– 5’4 PG – Davenport Central
Sims might have been the most impressive player who I had not seen prior to today. She’s a small but very quick guard who was getting to the rim really well. Tough defender and she plays with a very high motor at all times. She could be a sleeper in the 2021 class with her guard skill.
Dani Johnson

Johnson
6'1" | PF
Osage | 2021
State
IA
– 6′ F – Osage
Johnson showed me tonight that she can shoot the ball really well. At the state tournament I did not see much of that from her but against Saint Ansgar she shot the ball extremely well. She is an athletic forward who can score at all three levels. Very good awareness of her surroundings and has strength to finish.
Hali Anderson

Anderson
5'6" | SG
Saint Ansgar | 2021
State
IA
– 5’6 PG – Saint Ansgar
Anderson got hot in the second half of the game against Osage. She was able to make a couple of 3-pointers in back-to-back fashion and give her team a spark. She’s a small guard but handles it well, is quick in all directions, and sees the floor well.
Brooklyn Hackbart
Brooklyn
Hackbart
5'11" | PF
Saint Ansgar | 2021
State
IA
– 5’11 F – Saint Ansgar
Hackbart had a really good game against Osage and didn’t do anything flashy. She was just very effective and that is what coaches at the next level like to see. She was able to get to the rim and rebound the ball at a high level. Struggled with foul trouble a little bit but was effective throughout the game.
Avery Fried

Fried

Bondurant-Farrar | 2021
State
IA
– 5’11 PF – Bondurant-Farrar
Fried looked very good in the game against Knoxville. She was able to score in the post with ease and even knocked down a couple of jumpers from deep. She looked like she hadn’t missed a beat since her injury skill-wise. While she really needed this spring to get in front of coaches, having this time to rest the knee will be very good for her.
