The Garner Flames continues to select the top talented players in North Carolina in each age group. We definitely cannot forget about the 16U team. These girls come from all over the state to make up some the most skilled and talented players.
Bobbi Smith Bobbi Smith 5'9" | CG Southeast Raleigh | 2022 State NC – 2022– 6’0” – Guard – Southeast Raleigh High School – Her game is like a version of a female Paul George . She is long, can shoot and put the ball on the floor when need be. Her size creates mix matches against small guards and she is very effective in and outside the paint. She is also a Co State champion for the 2020 season.
Jerni Kenui 2022 – 5’5” – Gardner – Gardner Magnet High School – Combo guard that has the ability to be the primary scorer or run in transition to score, Elite athletic skill set, quick with ball in hand while making her way to the rim or creating space for her jump shot that can extend to beyond the 3-Pt line. #19 Ranked player in the ESPN National rankings, has offers from Mississippi State and Old Dominion. Will be a major piece for a program in the 2022 Class.
Chole Williams– 2022 – 5”10 – Guard – Heritage High – Very talented player that can score from the perimeter, solid ball handling skills. Williams is a tough high IQ player that can play the 1-3 positions. She continues to get better and improve on her skills set. She is being recruited by some of the Division 1 top programs in the the nation.
Amore’ Kirkland – 2022 – 5’5” –Point Guard – Seventy First High School – A talented scorer that has the ability to break down defenders but also knock down shots from beyond 3-Pt line. She is a calm, smooth PG that pushes the ball in transition nicely. #25 Ranked point guard in ESPN Class of 2022, holds numerous interest from low and mid major schools and is #1in assist in the state, so she definitely shares that ball with her teammates.
Trinity Smith– 2022 – 5”9” – Guard – Whitesville High School – A versatile player that can play three positions on the court at any time, has the ability to score in numerous ways. Her long wingspan is a problem for most opponents. She is definitely a top prospect for the 2022 class. College coaches will be happy to get her for thier program.
Madisyn Jordan – 2023 – 5’10” – Guard – Catamounts High School – Athletic Combo guard that can shoot from anywhere on the floor. She is long and can defend the perimeter very well. Her silky smooth style of play is very effective and causes many opponents problems. Able to score the ball in multiple ways the 2023 guard is young but a mature and capable player on the court.
Reychel Douglas Reychel Douglas 6'0" | SG Millbrook | 2023 State #41 Nation NC – 2023– 5″11 – Guard – She is versatile able to play multiple position on the floor, her long wingspan creates difficulties for her opponents and gives her an andvantage when guarding smaller opponests. She can shoot from the arc, take it strong in the lane and finish over bigger opponents.
Sydney Barker Sydney Barker 5'6" | PG Jordan | 2023 State NC – 2023 – 5”7” – Point guard – Jordan High School – a floor general on the floor, who can control the game with or without the ball in her hand. She also can score the ball in many different ways by hitting the three pointer, shooting the floater in the lane, and she is able to push the ball in transition finding the open player. She will be a must have PG for class of 2023.
