Hutchinson just finished her 8th grade season for the Lady Gators. Hutchinson averaged 28 ppg this season and helped the Lady Gators get to the Upper State Championship Game. Mitchell a good size wing player averaged 19.9 ppg this season. Hutchinson enters her freshman season with 1,087 career points while Mitchell has scored 1,055 points. The Lady Gators will play in Class 1A-Region 6 this coming season in the Lower State.

Kinard a post player averaged 7.8 ppg last season for the Lady Trojans. Bussey averaged 11.8 ppg for longtime Head Coach Gail Johnson

Parker a senior is back for the Eagles this coming season to provide leadership. Parker averaged 15.3 ppg last season for the Lady Eagles (16-5). Bennett will be relied on more this season to provide a scoring punch. Bennett averaged 5.7 ppg and 5.9 rebounds last season as a freshman.

Waters and Page have been mainstays for the Lady Gators the past few seasons. Waters averaged 12 ppg last season while Page just finished her 8th grade year averaging 10.2 ppg.
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="175346" first="Dy'Neka" last="Roberts"]</strong>, <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="175347" first="Aijalon" last="Wroten"]</strong> and <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="175345" first="Avion" last="Walker"]</strong> - Denmark-Olar HS
The future is bright for the Lady Vikings. Roberts and Wroton will both be sophomores this coming season while Walker will be a 8th grader. Roberts led the way at 12.4 ppg, Wroton chipped in at 10.1 ppg while Walker averaged 9.5 ppg.

Gattis averaged nearly a double-double last season for the Lady Trojans. Middleton and President both just finished their 7th grade year.

The Lady Eagles finished the season at (22-6) and lost in the Class 1A State Championship Game to High Point Academy. The Lady Eagles from North Charleston return everyone back. Davis averaged 12 ppg, Jakes 11.9 ppg, Martin 11.1 ppg and Bradley 8.2 ppg.

Owens helped the Grizzlies win its 1st Girls State Basketball Championship in school history last season. Owens a junior to be averaged 12.9 ppg, Beason 11.9 ppg and 8.7 rebounds while Bracebridge added 11 ppg. Martin will patrol the paint for the Lady Grizzlies.

** <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="124090" first="Talaysia" last="Cooper"]</strong> (2022) will play down in Class 1A this season at East Clarendon HS (Turbeville). Cooper is ranked #2 in the Prep Girls Hoops Palmetto State Rankings in the state. Cooper has scored 2,160 career points for the Wolverines entering her junior season. East Clarendon HS will be in the Class 1A-Region 4 with the likes of county rival Scott's Branch HS, Hemingway HS, Carvers Bay HS and CE Murray HS.
