Class of 2022: Hoopin’ Good In The Neighborhood

Our forecast is still looking tremendously sunny with this 2022 class, and we have many kids who are still on the lookout who have not committed to colleges. Each of them are still ballin’ out in their neighborhoods and giving it their all to the final minute of each game. Instead of “Eatin’ Good In The Neighborhood”, they are "Hoopin’ Good In The Neighborhood" winning games, putting up big numbers, and are bringing home the hardware. Let’s take a look at five players in the Class of 2022 who are sipping on their water, eating appetizers, and are preparing to take their skillset and talent to the collegiate level awaiting for their main meal. Can shoot all over the court and does it with beautiful form. Has a good feel for the game and can get assists (dimes) to fellow teammates. Is physically strong and is very aggressive. Bangs the boards with an aggressive mentality. Gets into passing lanes and can pick off the passes. Has a scoring mentality who can also rack up the assists (dimes) to fellow teammates. Is very dynamic and versatile in how she puts the ball in the net. She can stop on a dime and nail any shot off the bounce. Can drive to the basket and finish at the rim. I love her ability to go off two and display that solid body control. A lot of easy buckets can result from departure of two. You will most likely make the shot, draw the foul, or get the AND 1. Can shoot the 3 ball and has a great shot. Has great athleticism to defend and notch up the steals. Can rack up the boards as well. Love her 3-point shot, as she can tally a lot of them up consecutively throughout the course of a game. Has a fluid, quick release. Her ability to take it off the bounce and hit the mid-range jumper is nifty. She can also finish at the rim in the half court set or in transition. She gets creative with step backs makes which makes her a lethal scorer. Brings an aggressive mindset to the defensive end and knows how to rack up the steals. She is a great on-the-ball defender and can use her quick hands to get the steals. Athletic kid. Is a tenacious defender and can cause destruction on the defensive end. Can crash the boards and rack them up on both the offensive and defensive end. Finished this recent high school season with 7 RPG. Can get into passing lanes and rack up the steals.
