Meyer didn't really get to play her natural position this Winter as a Freshman at Liberty so many don't understand her true potential but this is someone that can GO. Meyer comes in a 6'0 with a lot of guard like ability. She moves extremely well for her size in general and she shows up on both sides of the floor whenever she is allowed to be herself and play her game confidently. We have already seen Meyer put successful together weekends on the road with her Missouri Phenom EYCL 15U team and this is only a preview of what she is truly capability of. As long as the off-season works continue, she is surely going to keep on continuing to get better as she moves into her Sophomore season of high school ball.

You have to love the passion and tenacity that [player_tooltip player_id='928443' first='Maya' last='Jenkins'] competes with on the hardwood. Jenkins has energy, she never gives up on a play, she is skilled for her mixture of size/strength, and she understands the game from a strategic standpoint pretty well. This is all stuff I could have told you prior to this past high school season but Jenkins did a great job of making her mark this Winter as a Freshman. She still has a long way to go but the promise and dedication are there. This is someone that has been a steady riser within this 2029 Class for years now and that's why she rounds out this last Player Rankings Update at #25.

There were brief moments this season where [player_tooltip player_id='1563223' first='Josie' last='Austen'] made her presence felt on the Varsity floor for Iowa City West High School. Austen, the 6'1 SF, saw time because of her height but her game isn't too far behind that. This was a program that was HEAVY in their Senior leadership so it makes sense that Freshman didn't stay on the floor for a ton of minutes in a row. They stuck with who has brought them success in the recent years and they won a lot of games because of that but now it's time for a change. I think Austen is going to have a big role with the Trojans for her next three years. She is going to be one of the tallest and most agile on the floor at all times so as long as the skill-side catches up in the end, there is a lot to like about Austen as an overall prospect. Now we just have to see where she takes things this Spring with her AIA AAU program.

We saw [player_tooltip player_id='1224378' first='Lauryn' last='Hough'] do her thing this season and put up some impressive numbers for GTRA High School in her efforts. Hough was the top APG leader on her Varsity squad with 4.8 while she also brought in 4.5 RPG at the same time. She might not have been their leading scorer but that's because that was her older sisters who took over that role as Lauryn set them up for success off the dribble with her creating abilities. We are going to see three Hough sisters next year for GTRA and I can't wait. They will have Lauryn returning for her Sophomore year, as her sisters, Kamryn and Caitlin, return for their Junior year. This group went 22-3 as a whole this last six months so I'm sure we are instored for some more of that over the next couple of seasons as long as they play their cards correctly.

It's always fun watching [player_tooltip player_id='1224390' first='Natalia' last='Sandoval'] do her thing. She plays with intent, intensity, and a lot of heart. This past season her AC High School program made the 5A State Tournament, which was a pretty big upset for the Jaguars but this just speaks to what they should be able to do as a whole over the next couple of years. They will have prospects like Sandoval consistently coming up to compete at the next level so there is a lot of hope that they keep things rolling and build off of the foundation they set in place over the last few months. As it pertains to Sandoval individually, I'm sure she is going to standout on the road again this AAU season with her Play4Him program. She was one of their best prospects last Spring and I don't expect that to change much this Spring either.
