The Palmetto State 2024 Class will get plenty of attention over the next few years with [player_tooltip player_id="171798" first="Joyce" last="Edwards"] patrolling the paint. Edwards is the cream of the crop in the Palmetto State. Edwards has roughly over 20 college offers already from the High Major ranks. Joyce averaged 26 ppg, 14.6 rebounds, 5.7 steals, 4.6 assists and 2.1 blocks last season for the Lady Bulldogs (17-4). Edwards has scored 1,437 points entering her sophomore season with 719 rebounds. The Lady Bulldogs play in the Class 3A Lower State.

Randolph helped the Lady Rams win a Class 4A State Championship last season. Olivia also excels on the volleyball court for the Lady Rams. Randolph can play the center position on the floor and seems to more of better defensive presence than offensive. Look for Olivia to add to her numbers this season for the Lady Rams. Can Westside repeat as Class 4A State Champions ?

Davis will have a welcome addition in [player_tooltip player_id="195513" first="Skyla" last="Tuthill"] on the roster this season for the Lady Copperheads. Davis runs the floor very well and shows to have good instincts. Morgan averaged 8.5 ppg and 4.5 rebounds for the Lady Copperheads (14-3). Davis ran with Lady Attack Elite on the Grassroots Circuit.

Scott is a undersized post player who doesn’t mind playing the game on contact. Morgan will back you down on the low block and play with her back to the basket. Scott averaged 9.8 ppg and 7.8 rebounds last season for the Lady Sharks (11-6).

Mikell has a thick frame and a great set of shoulders. Trinity plays a bit off the grid at a small Class 1A program near the Georgia border. Mikell and Scott gave the H2 Lowco program a solid front court this Grassroots season.

Young averaged 12.2 ppg and 8 rebounds this past season for the Lady Seahawks. Young is a deceptive athlete on the floor and does a good job of absorbing contact. Young also plays softball in high school. Lynda is versatile at times to defend out on the perimeter.

Jackson has a soft set of hands and a great set of footwork to her game. Jackson still must polish up on her offensive skills down the road but really knows how to work from block to block.

Adams plays with her local squad the Coastal Select on the Grassroots Circuit. Ashtyn understands the finer points of blocking out and sealing. Ashtyn can step-out to the short corner and knockdown jumpers. Adams has a great work ethic and seems to be getting better every time we watch her play.

Garvin is a wiry forward who runs the floor very well. Garvin plays at a small Class 2A school just northwest of Charleston 50 miles in Dorchester County. Zania plays very active on the glass and tends to pick-up most of her points on put-backs and effort.
