<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The Battle for the Cure included many young athletes competing against one another for a single cause: to raise money for breast cancer research.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Here are some of the standout performers in the class of 2025 (Part II).</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><b>Jennifer Briggs</b> (Lady Attack Elite) is an excellent ball handler moving around finding the openings on the court.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Her ability to control the tempo of the game and handle the ball with confidence frees up her teammates to move without the ball filling in the lanes and running plays as they’re designed.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>She showed off her range shooting from behind the arc even showing a hot streak throughout the event with her three pointers.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><b>[player_tooltip player_id="302218" first="Caroline" last="Swinson"]</b> (pictured above, Lady Attack Elite) has nice length that she uses to grab steals and push the ball the other direction.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>She can handle it herself, or she does a great job passing back and forth with her teammates to make sure they get the best look at the basket.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>She fights for rebounds and her position by the basket.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><b>[player_tooltip player_id="302247" first="Jania" last="Wilson"]</b> (Lady Royals) seemed to be all over the court crashing boards, making nice passes to her teammates, and driving to the hoop.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>She knows how to lock up a ball stopping her opponents from getting by her.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>She is sneaky getting behind her opponents cutting to the basket to put up her shot.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>She doesn’t shy away from contact underneath the basket.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>She has nice range shooting well from behind the arc.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><b>[player_tooltip player_id="302248" first="Jaza" last="Wilson"]</b> (Lady Royals) is already a tall guard who uses her height to get in the way on defense.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>She handles the ball well up the court moving quickly in transition.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>She can battle in the paint going against contact.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>She had some nice range stroking it from behind the three point line.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><b>[player_tooltip player_id="288422" first="Samantha" last="Shehan"]</b> (Lady Attack Elite) was a sharp shooter from the left side of the court knocking down several jumpers in transition including one late in the game helping her team with a comeback.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>She used various fakes to get her opponents off of her to put up her jump shot.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>She was effective stopping her opponents from scoring on fast breaks.</span></p>
