16 points // 17 rebounds // 2 steals // 4 blocks
Clark (pictured above) was dominant in the paint showing off power dribbles to score her points. She was aggressive grabbing rebounds on both ends of the court. Her timing was on point when it came to blocking shots on defense.
Deborah Orianegbena | Victory Christian | PF | 2024
9 points // 13 rebounds // 2 assists // 1 block
Orianegbena was a force inside grabbing rebounds for her team, and she consistently grabbed offensive boards to extend the plays for her team. She had some nice points off of putbacks. She did well with her teammates cutting from block to block looking for the pass from the high post.
Kariah Dixon-Booker | North Meck | SF | 2023

Dixon-Booker was a rebounding machine grabbing boards extending plays on offense. She had some nice points off of putbacks. She made sure to move around the paint in order to get open and make herself a big target for the entry pass.
Zion Duncan Zion Duncan 6'2" | PF Stuart Cramer | 2023 State NC | Victory Christian | PF | 2023
6 points // 9 rebounds // 1 assist // 1 steal // 1 block
Duncan came right in contributing by grabbing rebounds for her team. She had some nice putbacks for her own points, and she certainly knows how to block shots. These blocks sometimes turn into steals for her or another teammate that they are able to push up the court.
Ava Williams | Butler | G | 2024

Williams was one of the leading rebounders of the game as a guard. She was a tough defender ending possessions for her opponents by grabbing the board or jumping into passing lanes for some steals. She scored off of putbacks, and she did not shy away from attacking the basket to score points through contact.
Aniyah Scales Aniyah Scales 5'8" | CG Charlotte Catholic | 2023 State NC | Olympic | G | 2023
17 points // 8 rebounds // 2 assists // 1 steal
Scales could have been included in the article about the scorers as well, but I wanted to show off her versatility at her position as she followed shots with ease. Scales continued to show her scoring ability weaving in and out of her opponents on her way to the hoop or stepping back to show off her range. On defense, she showed her IQ even getting back in time to draw a charge in transition.
Alisha Harris | North Meck | SF | 2022
1 point // 8 rebounds // 2 assists // 2 steals // 3 blocks
Harris was instrumental in grabbing rebounds for her team. She did well finding the outlet to start a fast break, and she was a tough opponent inside blocking shots. She was able to grab steals completing a strong defensive performance.
