Samyiah Jefferson Samyiah Jefferson 5'1" Detroit Mumford | 2023 MI (2023, PG, Detroit Mumford)
Jefferson is a huge addition to the Mumford squad. She will be there go to scorer. Jefferson had 15 points and 3 assists in a tough defeat.

Jada Collins Jada Collins 6'1" | SF Kalamazoo Central | 2024 State MI (2024, SF, Kalamazoo Central)
Her team suffered a 1 point loss in overtime, but Collins’ play definitely still stood out. She showed her versatility last night, notching a double-double. Collins finished the game with 11 points and 10 rebounds. She also added 4 blocks.

Rakiyah Beal Rakiyah Beal 5'11" | SF Hamtramck | 2022 State #69 Nation MI (2022, SF, Hamtramck)
Beal is a terrific talent and she looks more than ready for her senior season. She led Hamtramck to a hard fought victory over Detroit Mumford by a score of 17 points, 3 assists, and 3 steals. Beal’s game looked well rounded as she contributed to the win in so many ways.

Erin Young Erin Young PF Livonia Franklin | 2022 State MI (2022, PF, Livonia Franklin)
Young is going to be a force this season and she gave us quite the glimpse of that last night. She finished the win over Crestwood with 20 points. Young is continuing her solid play from earlier in the fall and will be a tough stop at the 4.

Lauren Nemens Lauren Nemens 6'0" | SF Utica Stevenson | 2022 State MI (2022, SF, Sterling Heights Stevenson)
Young was her teams’ leading scorer in a 61-50 victory over Fraser. Nemens was a force on the wing and proved once again that she is a capable go to scorer. The Hope College commit is starting the season on a tear.

Isabel Lindo Isabel Lindo 5'8" | PG Williamston | 2023 State MI (2023, PG, Williamston)
Lindo does a lot of really good things on the basketball court and that was very evident last night. She hit every stop on the stat sheet in a 74-30 win over Fowlerville. Lindo finished the contest with 18 points, 5 steals, 3 rebounds, and 2 assists. Lindo is the type of lead guard that knows what she needs to do to get her team a W.

Kaylee Bush Kaylee Bush 5'9" | SG Potterville | 2023 State MI (2023, SG, Potterville)
Bush was terrific in a very impressive 49-28 win over Fulton. She showed off her solid jumper, scoring 21 points in the win. Bush also contributed on the glass snagging 8 rebounds.

Madison Knag (2022, PG, Genesee)
Knag was huge in a dominating 52-10 win over Akron-Fairgrove. She came very close to notching a triple-double finishing the night with 13 points, 11 steals, and 9 assists. Knag was a force on both ends of the court. Her play last night was a great sign for Genesee.

Mya Petticord Mya Petticord 5'9" | PG Arbor Prep | 2022 State #33 Nation MI (2022, PG, Arbor Prep)
Petticord is one of the point guard prospects in the country, hands down. She led to her team to an outstanding 72-32 victory over Riverview. Petticord scored 24 points and did so in the most efficient of manners. This is why she’s one of the front runners for this seasons Miss Basketball.

Lina Rea Lina Rea PG Utica | 2022 State MI (2022, PG, Utica)
Rea has been playing some really good basketball and that looks to be a long term trend. She was the go to scorer in a 68-33 win against Eisenhower. She scorched the net for 31 points on the night. Rea could end up as one of the top scoring point guards in the state.

Taylor Thompson Taylor Thompson SF Grand Blanc | 2022 State MI (2022, SF, Grand Blanc)
Grand Blanc had a really solid performance with a tough win over a game Clarkston team. Thompson was a leader on the floor and a key to the win. She finished the night with a double-double scoring 21 points and grabbing 15 rebounds. Thompson is one of the most talented players in the state and should be considered a must see prospect.
