#PGHDuelForTheDynasty was fully loaded with talent and the competitive juices were flowing all weekend. The athletes listed below stood out the most this weekend and produced a lot and were a big part of the success of their team. These ladies battled and represented their clubs well.
Seleh Harmon Seleh Harmon 5'10" | CG Norman North | 2025 State OK | 5-9 / CG | Norman HS | Team Trae Young 16U 3SSB | 2025
Seleh is a player whose stock continues to rise this summer. She can shoot the ball efficiently, handles pressure well, and doesn’t get flustered by the defense. She has a great basketball IQ and awareness on the court. Plays active on defense and knows how to stay in front of the ball. She has a quick release and a great shooting form. Arguably one of the best-looking shots I have seen all tournament. One part of her game I enjoy seeing is her ability to pass. She can post-entry pass, off the screen & roll, and she knows how to find the open player when she draws the double team. Very impressed with Seleh and I look forward to watching her grow as a player.
Kayla Hill | 5-7 / CG | Putnam HS | Supreme Trotters 2024 | 2025
Kayla is an active player that is persistent getting to the basket. She will make you go left, right, then explode past you for a layup. She knows how to draw the foul and shoots a lot of free throws. She can shoot the ball but she is quick, fast, and makes attacking the paint look easy. She understands how to lower her shoulder and turn the corner around the defender and inside the paint. She did this all weekend and not one team seemed to be able to stop her.
Riley Grohman | 5-10 / CG | Jim Ned HS | Texas Platinum 2024 Bruce | 2025
Riley is a floor general that gets everyone involved. Can shoot the ball but is at her best breaking down her defender and getting in the paint. Once she is in the paint, she makes good decisions and will find a way to get a basket for herself or a wide-open opportunity for a teammate. She has great IQ and leadership capacity. I look forward to seeing more of her on the court in the near future.
McKenzie Mathurin McKenzie Mathurin 5'10" | CG Broken Arrow | 2025 State OK | 5-10 / CG | Broken Arrow HS | OK Swift 2024 | 2025
McKenzie is a player that wants to win. She plays with a chip on her shoulder and doesn’t back down from anyone. She will do what it takes to win and that includes emptying the tank to do it. I saw her convert on 3 consecutive 3-point plays at the end of the stretch in one game and couldn’t finish the game because she went so hard – she leaves it on the court for sure. She finishes through contact well, and never stops working on defense. She is at her best in the open floor, fast break, and very good in an isolation situation. She will find a way to score the basket or draw the foul and make her free-throws.
Kyiah Prestridge | 6-0 / F | Moore West MS | Team Trae Young 16U 3SSB | 2026
Kyiah is a player that will get the job done. Strong and physical but smooth and finesse are a few words I would use to describe her. She can stretch the floor with her shooting ability but if you close-out out of control, she will explode by you. Kyiah is really smart with the ball and can muscle her way around and even through older players. She is playing up two grades and there are signs of greatness in her game. She is a special player.
