Despite being a mid sized conference in the middle of the Lower Pennisula, the Tri-Valley Conference has routinely produced big time talent. Frankenmuth is a perennial power, and Freeland only recently had their streak of trips to the Breslin snapped. The conference has produced a ton of college players, which should continue with the most recent crop of ballers. Let's be honest, the top of this league could ball out in any conference in the state.

Honorable Mention: [player_tooltip player_id='364157' first='Lauren' last='Borsenik'] Bullock Creek, [player_tooltip player_id='409313' first='Clare' last='Conzelmann'] Frankenmuth, Lilly Sherman Millington, Addison Smith Valley Lutheran

10th Carah McCrum | 2023 Bay City John Glenn

One of the better outside shooting bigs in the area. She has the ability to put the ball on the deck and to post up. Carah is the lone returning starter for the Bobcats and is primed for a big year.

9th Delaney Seamen | Ithaca

A slashing driver that finds angles to get to the rack, where she finishes with both hands. Delaney possesses a unique release on her jumper, but it is very consistent. She is also losing her main running mate, so I expect her usage to go up.

8th Karie Keefer | Freeland

Despite being a rookie last year, Karie helped a strong Falcon team put a lot of wins in the column. She is a natural scorer and should take a leap in Year Two, especially with multiple scoring options graduating out of the program.

7th Jordan Cleveland

When I talked to people familiar with the TVC two summers ago, the consensus was that Alma would be very down. Well, the pessimism was very premature, as [player_tooltip player_id='280232' first='Jordan' last='Cleveland'] willed the Alma to a solid season. She is a terror in transition and has some outside shooting ability. I am excited to see her development.

6th [player_tooltip player_id='189316' first='Regan' last='Finkbeiner'] | 2023 Hemlock

Smooth shooter that can light it up from deep. She is dangerous in transition as she can pick up errant passes and go to the rack. She finishes around the defense and has a nice hesitation moves.

5th [player_tooltip player_id='416066' first='Rachel' last='Resio'] | 2023 Swan Valley

A flat out shooter. Rachel hits multiple three pointers a game; I really like her step back game as well. Pressuring her isn't a great idea either as she has a quick first step. She is a hard cover and grabs a lot of steals and rebounds. The senior is primed for another great year.

4th [player_tooltip player_id='281527' first='Chloe' last='Watson'] | 2023 Hemlock

Chloe is a big time scoring guard. Multiple coaches have expressed their belief that she has the best pull up jumper in the state. Overall, she is a three level scorer that stuffs the stat book in all categories.

3rd [player_tooltip player_id='189279' first='Lexi' last='Boyke'] | 2023 Frankenmuth

As a junior, Lexi was poised to be the greatest player to play for the 'Muth; an ACL injury cost her a year. Still, you don't find a lot of kids her size that have her shooting touch. I have coached against her and hated every minute of it. She is a complete player and rebounds like a champ. She could easily be the top player if she returns to pre-ACL form.

2nd [player_tooltip player_id='188580' first='Macy' last='Fegan'] | 2023 Standish Sterling

You could almost look at Macy as 1b as opposed to 2 as she is an incredibly talented guard. She is a nightmare off the bounce and deadly in the mid-range. She can post up smaller guards, where she uses her height well. She turns teams over often and can get hot from deep. She could easily end up the POY in the TVC.

1st [player_tooltip player_id='244298' first='Mia' last='McLaughlin'] | 2024 Frankenmuth

Complete player that gets the game. She stepped up last year after [player_tooltip player_id='189279' first='Lexi' last='Boyke'] went down with injury. She is a terror off the bounce and has range and consistency on her outside shot that prevents teams from sagging. Her defense in summer league and showcases has taken a massive jump in the last year and has now projecting to be an elite overall defender. Holding the top spot is going to require Mia to be at her best, but this is a kid that has enough dog in her to handle the hype.
