Is in the 8th grade and is a star! Quick and fast off the dribble even with her small frame she is explosive with the ball going to the basket. A great ball handler and is an elite passer, it was fun to watch her passing in the game! Jezelle knows how to use her body to get to her lay up and it will get better as she puts on some muscle and gets taller.
One of the state’s top 2024 point guards the Massaponax high school star showcased how to be a floor general versus a tough Xaverian team. She also proved that she can who score at all three levels against stiffer competition. Takeira played with tremendous patients and poise and single-handedly took over the game! Takeira took home the MVP with an impressive start line 20pts, 10ast, 5rebs, 4stls.!
Only a shopmore but looking at her skill set and team she looks like one of the top prospects on the team! She played within the offense as her team ran a lot of half court sets. It looks like with her game and body type she can play in any college system in the future. Riley was the main source of the offense scoring 7 of her 12 points in the fourth quarter with two three pointers!
Very good shooting guard that showed good combo guard skills. Karina has great anticipation in the half court offense, able to move without the ball to get her shot. Has a nice dribble drive game as well. But her shooting is off the charts! She drained 5 threes in a close loss and had two three points rimmed out in the first half that proved to be the difference in the game.
She is really good at creating opportunities for everyone on the team to score. She is an elite shooter off the dribble and when she’s set up! If Sofia has her feet set on any jump shot it’s going in the basket! Haven’t seen too many defenders all weekend that was able to keep her in check or stay in front of her! Great skill set,a good size, and great division 1 prospect!
The first year point guard is a starter for a high school program that has consistently produced division 1 guards over the past 4 years, it’s no doubt Kendall will be the next! She averaged 16 points a game this weekend and was the primary ball handler versus heavy pressure and double teams. Kendall is the shot taker and maker when her team needs a big bucket! She hit a big time long range three-pointer under 20 seconds to ice a back and forth game versus AZ Dream Academy, a smooth point guard with combo guards skills that can hit the three!
A point guard that can switch game up to any style of play and defense that’s thrown on her! Can play the true point guard or she can get down hill with her athletici ability and elite ball skills. Zaniyah can identify when she has her defenders beat and just explode to the basket. Overall next level player and talent that can hit the three shot at a high level!
Maddy suffered a knee injury that looked like it would have sidelined her for the rest of the game! Next, she wrapped her knee up, and with her team down 10 points you saw the fire in her eyes as she lead the comeback! She scored 11 of her 18 in the second half including a big and one-basket that gave her team the lead for good in the middle of the fourth quarter for good!
She was all over the place first taking over the game on the defensive end with her on-ball pressure. She set the tone with multiple steals and was just as effective on the offensive end draining three the pull-up was there as well, I saw elite play from Joi that is a D1 talent!
