She played well and has a very high basketball IQ. She dissected the opponent with passes to cutters all night long. Also had the ability to score on cuts to the basket herself. Ray has very nice footwork and was very impressive for a Freshman. Defensively, she was impressive defending in the paint.
Alanna Tatum Alanna Tatum 5'6" | PG University Christian | 2026 State FL /2026 / 5’6 G / University Christian
As Tatum goes, so will University Christian. She is a gifted player with athleticism and maturity beyond her years. Tatum has been known for her defense in the past, but this year she has stepped it up on the offensive end. Tatum averaged over 20 points per game this past week (24, 17) Tatum is a selfless player who has been thrust into the leader’s role as a true Freshman.
Abby Knauff Abby Knauff 5'9" | SG Bolles | 2025 State FL /2025 / 5’7 SG / Bolles
Knauff had 18 points and 4 three pointers in the battle of two of the top teams on the First Coast (Ponte Vedra and Bolles). Knauff is one of the top 2025 players in the State and she is taking off where she finished last season. Knauff knows the art of scoring and does so in every way: Three pointers, freethrown, drives to the basket. Knauff is also an agressive defensive player.
Terrannya Medlock Terrannya Medlock 6'0" | SG Ribault | 2025 State FL / 2025 / 6’0 SG / Ribault
Medlock is leading the way and leading the Trojans in scoring. The versatile Sophomore is quietly becoming one of the top 2025 prospects on the First Coast. Medlock has the versatility to shoot on the outside and play inside with her height. Against Mandarin, she knocked down 4 three pointers and also scored in the paint. Defensively, she played well and effectively mixed it up in the painted area. For the season the talented Sophomore is averaging nearly 18 points per game.
Destiny Donaldson Destiny Donaldson 5'9" | SF Ribault | 2025 State FL / 2025 / 5’10 SF / Ribault
Donaldson is that player who brings the energy to the game on both ends of the court. She rebounds well, scores well in the painted area and has the ability to drive to the basket. All of these skills were on display against Mandarin and the young Sophomore looked unstoppable at times on her drives. Donaldson finished with 15 points and was a standout.
