She blocked nearly everyone who challenged her in the middle, grabbed a ton of rebounds, and showed her versatility as a defender. Medlock also defended on the perimeter. Offensively, Medlock was a stabilizing force for her team. With Medlock in the middle, the ball moved, and good shots were taken by her teammates. She was making a living in the paint. Medlock connected on a nice turnaround jumper in the middle of the paint and a short midrange shot. Medlock displayed a high IQ, taking what the defense gave her. She has the ability to shoot from the three point line, but realized on Day-one that her scoring opportunities were in the paint.

Medlock is one of the most versatile players in the 2025 class and can play the three, four, or the five depending on the opponent. Medlock is a good shooter on the perimeter and can also shoot the short jumper. She is skilled and can put the ball on the floor and get to the rim. She has good footwork and is crafty with her finishes. Medlock is thrives in the transition game and instant change of possession plays. She is a forward who can take it coast to coast off of rebounds and steals and score the ball.

Medlock brings a skillset that not many prospects in state possess. She has great height, great length, and can play on the perimeter. Actually, she is most comfortable on the perimeter where she can shoot the three and the midrange pull-up. Medlock also thrives in the open court where she handles the ball and fill the lane, and most importantly- she can finish. Defensively, she is a shot block waiting to happen. In the Rebound department, she is a candidate for Miss Double- Double. Medlock’s versatility and size give her an edge against opponents.

Medlock is one of the better ball handlers on this list and one of the best shooting fours in the 2025 class as well. Medlock can play all five positions on the floor and creates a mix -matches. She has a very nice perimeter game and can shoot if from the baseline to the top of the key. Medlock can step behind the three-point line and can kill a team at the elbows. Medlock connected on 7 threes last season and her perimeter game was also strong. She draws 4s and 5s away from the basket and can utilize her ball handling skills and her ability to get to the rim and finish.

Medlock scored well, rebounded well, and was a visible leader on the floor. She scored from the outside and also got to the rim and scored.  Medlock was arguably the most dominant player at the event when considering her play on the offense and defensive side of the ball.
