Nyla Lake Nyla Lake 5’5″ | CG South Lyon East | 2026 State MI (#22) is a 2026 prospect you want to dive into. She is a strong, athletic, play maker for the Cougars who will make waves this fall and winter. At a travel scrimmage last spring (HVAC independent team) her game breaking quickness, speed, and driving abilities burned bright. Nyla is a weight room warrior, she has the humility to receive coaching and develop her game (Nyla interview here). Her athleticism, defensive breakdwon, quick lateral movement, and hands make her an outstanding on-ball defender. Nyla is a terror for opposing ball-handlers with her full court, nose to nose pressure. She has the court vision to find open teammates and the skill to hit the hole hard and finish at the rim. See Nyla shine bright this fall at the Big Cat league.
Aubrin Miller
Aubrin Miller
Aubrin Miller wears jersey #3 for the Lakeland Eagles and exactly the number she should wear. Aubrin contributed to Varsity as a freshman and has continued to impress playing independent circuit events this spring. She has a length of 5’8, giving her the advantage over smaller guards who want to apply pressure. Her ball-handling skills help her keep her eyes up to find open teammates or dribble into a pull-up jumper. She has the ability and confidence to take over a game once she gets rolling from the perimeter. Aubrin filled in with Lapeer County Cobras late in the travel season and immediately earned confidence from coaches and teammates by her performance. Her deadly 3-point accuracy and spot up game make her an exceptional prospect; we are excited to see her compete at “The Top 250 Expo” in September!
Faith Zoldos
Faith Zoldos
Faith Zoldos (#24) is a human fly swatter and yes, she is a guard. Her pursuit defensively is impressive: you better get downhill fast if you plan to score. Faith is an excellent help side defender who has the closeout speed to guard the rim and still challenge shots on a ball reversal. She played travel ball for Michigan Storm RISE 2026 this spring after leading Adams in scoring, steals, and blocks last season (as a freshman). Faith controls the ball well with her dribble and uses her long arms to transition quickly: she gets to the rim fast. Faith also has a majestic high releasing jump shot that is deadly from 3-point range. An excellent spot up shooter with her combination of speed and length makes for a difficult defensive assignment. See Faith play at Mcbrook this fall with Lapeer County Cobras !
Hannah Ralko Hannah Ralko 5'7" | CG Howell | 2026 State MI
Hannah Ralko Hannah Ralko 5'7" | CG Howell | 2026 State MI
Hannah Ralko Hannah Ralko 5’7″ | CG Howell | 2026 State MI (#4) played during Howell’s 22′ regional appearance after starting for JV most of the year. Despite the remarkable talent and depth at guard on Varsity, she still forced her way onto the floor: interesting. Hannah is someone who is constantly playing the game: attending prospect and recruiting camps during the off-season. Many times I have seen her play and she impresses me every time. She has exceptional ball handling ability and court vision as a pass first “combo-guard”, she would not play off ball ever in most programs. Personally, I like to see her shoot: she has one of the best looking shooting forms out there. She releases the ball high, in rhythm, naturally meets the pass, can shoot off a hop or step into one, excellent balance, etc. Her vision is outstanding: she does not dribble to dribble, she dribbles with the purpose to create space and buckets! Her defensive pressure and lateral agility make her an excellent on-ball defender; she’s long enough to deflect and block shots. Hannah runs like a deer and can protect the ball with various dribble moves. If you have not seen this kid play you definitely need to check her out!
Makayla Bruman
Makayla Bruman
Makayla Bruman (#2) prefers volleyball to basketball, but she is a heck of a basketball player! She runs the floor like it’s cross country and is an assassin from 3-point range. During Lake Orion league this fall, she completely took over a game offensively dropping 3-point bombs on both sides of the court. Her specialty is pulling up as a spot shooter, but she can also drive to the basket. Makayla is long at 5’11 and with her speed, she makes it difficult for the opponent to shoot or finish layups: volleyball instincts. This multi-sport stud will be making a name for herself in basketball this winter with the Imlay CitySpartans.rnTweets by MakaylaBruman
