3A

[player_tooltip player_id='779209' first='Nora' last='Burdiek'], 5'10", PF, Silver Lake - With the graduation of Taylor Ross, now at Ellsworth Community College, Burdiek stands to see a lot of time at the power forward position. She has added some inches to her height and, with volleyball season over, brings hops and a strong frame to a team chomping at the bit for a 3A state title following back-to-back near misses. Athletic with solid speed and quickness one thing she will do is defend. Out-working opponents defensively is a trademark of her SSA club team.

[player_tooltip player_id='779229' first='Ivey' last='Wheeler'], 5'3", CG, Trinity Academy - Kansas scout Jeremy Deckard was impressed by what he saw from Wheeler July's Dynasty Regional Finals. "Wheeler is a pure shooter and had the most impressive performance that I witnessed. She led all scorers with 20 points. She was scoring from all over the court shooting 5-of-7 from the field and 8-of-9 from the free throw lines." He also liked how well she plays with her head up, splits defenders off the bounce, and pushes the ball in transition.

4A

[player_tooltip player_id='779243' first='Leah' last='Askins-Dieterich'], 5'6", CG, Ottawa - Askins-Dieterich is a two-way player with good anticipation to create steal opportunities in a variety of situations. She makes good use of ball fakes to get to the hole and finish with either hand. I really like the little wasted movement on her jumper and the air she gets under her perimeter shot and, when needed, around the basket.

[player_tooltip player_id='779249' first='Lily' last='Edwards'], 5'9", PF/C, Clay Center - Edwards has good athleticism, length, and strength but her best ability arguably is her quick feet to keep the ball in front of her on basket drives. The younger sister of all-state center, and first team Summit League as a pitcher at University of South Dakota, Clara Edwards,

[player_tooltip player_id='635331' first='Finley' last='Lemay'], 5'10", PG, Bishop Miege - Well respected scout Mason Asher calls Lemay "is "an intriguing player who can play multiple spots on the floor." He likes her overall feel for the game, slashing ability and soft hands around the basket, and ability to set teammates up in good spots.

[player_tooltip player_id='677823' first='Georgia' last='Lemay'], 5'9", SG, Bishop Miege - Lemay is very good perimeter shooter who moves into space to receive the ball. She uses one-dribble moves well to create perimeter shots and shows only a little wasted movement on her shot. A solid threat as a jump shooter LeMay runs the court and finishes well on the fly.

[player_tooltip player_id='719105' first='Jaele' last='Thompson'], 5'8", SF, McPherson - A very talented and creative scorer with strong handles Thompson is very quick, changes ends swiftly, and is long limbed. Her game exploded after the June period where players work with their high school teams, Immensely more physical and tough. Her offensive game upticked a few notches on both ends. A high ceiling, creative, fluid scorer.

[player_tooltip player_id='779228' first='Katie' last='Weathers'], 5'8", SF, Scott City - Without being told who she was the one time I saw her I saw something very familiar about Weather's demeanor and overall game. Once told, it all made sense. With her instincts, solid combination of build and length, and overall athleticism of course she would be all-state and Bethany NAIA all-American Emily Weathers' younger sister. There are a lot of athletes who play basketball. Katie is a basketball player. Period.
