Class of 2024
I feel confident in this pick. Giselle has skills. She is excellent shooting off the dribble. She can use her tight dribble to get her shot off with plenty of creativity. She can shoot step back threes with excellent footwork. She has some beautiful floaters in the lane and understands how and when to attack the defense. She is worth the price of admission with her creative and skilled style. College coaches take note.
Maybe the least sleeper of the bunch. She went off in the post-season last year with over 40 points twice. An elite shooter who has a knack for getting into the lane and using the pull-up jumper from anywhere on the floor.
Class of 2025
Currently ranked #12 in the 2025 PGH WA rankings. She isn’t a huge sleeper. She led the Mid-Co 3A/4A in scoring last season. She has the ability to take over games. She has range and a beautiful touch from three. One of the best shooters in the class of 2025. She also uses the dribble to be effective from all levels. It’s her ability to stretch the defense to NBA three type range that sets her apart.
Highlights
Ella is a strong guard and plays downhill when she isn’t knocking down long bombs. Another player with range, she averaged 14 points last season and made 30 triples. I expect the three will be a bigger part of her game this season. She has point guard handles and is tough in the lane getting to the basket.
Class of 2026
Averaged 15.5 points per game last season. She is a smooth lefty who has her success in the mid-range and at the basket. She has too good of a shot to not be more efficient from three this season. She could turn into a great shooter. She has good athleticism at 5’10 to score in the lane. With a little more confidence from outside the arc this season, she can be a candidate for 20 plus a game.
Averaged 14.6 points per game last season and shot 39% from three with 41 made. The combo guard has gotten better in the off-season. A great shooter that will get even better. She led Sunnyside in scoring as a freshman last season with some big games.
