Giselle has some good length and she has that motor on defense and she is best getting steals in transition. Giselle finds a way to track the ball and anticipate. Good on defense and she continues to develop her offensive game but she has a chance to really elevate her game this year.
The agility and the soft hands that she has are very helpful as she can catch the ball on the move or you can pout it up and over and she can go and get it. Those soft hands also equate to her having a soft touch around the rim. She is not afraid of contact and she could easily be a double-double moving forward.
Do not think for a second that just because she plays for a small school she can’t get it done, she is a killer out on the floor as she can score at different levels and she can shoot the rock. She has range and great mechanics. She could be a small school steal for sure.
A well balanced game on both sides of the ball. Faythe can get on the ball and use her quick hands to get tips and steal, but the important thing is that she can disrupt on the ball. She has some quickness that allows her to get up and down the floor and finish while being defended. Then out in the perimeter she can shoot the rock. She should be a solid next level player.
Hand down, man down type of a shooter. She is good coming off of screens and she catches the ball with a lot of balance. Great shooting pocket and a high release make it tough to cover her. If you run her off of the three-point line she does have attacking capability and finishing ability in traffic.
