Onyi Ndee
Onyi Ndee
Ndee did a good job using her frame inside the paint, on both ends of the court. She rebounded, scored around the basket, putbacks included and her defense was solid yet her physicality was a big plus
Micayah Robinson
Micayah Robinson
Robinson is “long and athletic” and stands way above “the magic number” and those two things alone will attract next level coaches. Her upside is really good, she showed good timing to block, alter and (or) deflect shots. She did a good job defending in and outside the paint and she rebounded and ran the floor on both ends of the court
Johnson gave me yet another glimpse of her ability to find ways to put the ball in the basket. Her strength is overpowering off the dribble and watching her score with players literally hanging on her is something to see. She also does a good job of creating her shot and knocking the mid to long-range down while being defended. Her defense was strong and she played the passing lane
Carroll is so fun to watch as she is a long and athletic guard that understands how to use her athleticism on both ends of the court. Her first step can leave the defender cemented to the court, yet her acrobatic finishes, after contact, place her in the “highlight waiting to happen” category. She has very good court vision, in the set as well as in transition, she drops the jumper, mid to long range but her “on the ball” defense is also solid
Nikyah Bourgeois
Nikyah Bourgeois
Bourgeois falls into that “never takes a play off” group and her intensity on both ends, off the top, can make things happen like starting as well as stopping runs. Other than changing the momentum, she changes directions while being defended to score off the dribble yet her spin move is always a treat for me. Her defensive pressure can be smothering, she even goes AFTA the ball off the rim against taller players
Nia Etienne
Nia Etienne
Etienne has been consistently showing me she understands how to apply pressure and mix things up, like creating havoc on the defensive end. She has quick hands to come away with steals yet she also gets steals from playing the passing lane. She has a very nice first step and that, coupled with her body control helps her to finish strongly after contact
Genesis Carter
Genesis Carter
Carter is yet another athletic guard on this talented squad that I believe can make a deep run if healthy and her enjoying applying heat on the defensive end is one of the many reasons I say that. She also does a good job of attacking and dishing or scoring but her court vision in the set, as well as in the open court is also solid
