She had a breakout performance at the Prep Girls Hoops Michigan Top 250 and quickly rose to the top. Simpson has faced adversity with a knee injury and is coming out of it even better than before. She transferred to Saugatuck high school where she is meshing perfectly with her teammates. She is currently not committed and could be considered one of the most talented uncommitted seniors in the midwest.

Coaches at any level, including high majors, should take a serious look at this talented guard. I’ve seen her compete with the best, both regionally and nationally, and come out on top. Simpson is coming off the injury stronger both mentally and physically. If the knee injury never happened, we’re talking about a nationally ranked player. And we may still be having that discussion at the end of her senior season. Simpson is very recruitable. She’s a program player that will be an asset on the court, in the locker room and in the classroom.
