Kendall Kane Kendall Kane 6'0" | SF Beachside | 2025 State FL balled out this past week at the Tampa Bay Christmas Invitational averaging 21 points per game. The versatile Kane is taller than most of her opponents on the perimeter and she can also play in the paint and score on the inside. She shoots the ball from deep and just being on the court opens the court for her teammates. Kane also benefits from having a special big man in the post and Kane shoots the three well when it’s kicked back to her. Kane has good handles and makes it difficult for opponents to key on her team’s primary ball handler.
Zahariah Jones Zahariah Jones 6'0" | PF Oak Ridge | 2024 State FL was balling this past week and put in an 18-point-10 rebound performance. This is after reaching the 1,000th point mark for her high school career. Jones can do it all on the court, including inside scoring and shooting from the perimeter. Jones also runs the floor well and is force on the boards.
Jadyn Watts Jadyn Watts 5'9" | SG Sickles | 2027 State FL was special this past week and it appears the bigger the game the more electricity she brings to the court. Watts scored 20 against Tampa Prep and then followed that performance with back to back classics (31 and 28 ) at the Tampa Bay Christmas Invitational. The point totals are impressive, but there is so much more: the sweet step back on the three-pointers, the rip to the midrange, the attack to the left and right on the baseline, the floater in the middle, the court vision, dimes she throws, and the steals on defense all stand out. Watts is one special player and she could make a case for one of the top 5 players in the 2027 class.
Karishma Ortiz Karishma Ortiz 5'9" | PG Timber Creek | 2024 State FL played well at the Tampa Bay Christmas Invitational. Ortiz can do it all offensively, attacking the rim, shooting the three, and playing through contact. Ortiz also was delivering the ball as a playmaker. The 2024 guard played well and was a standout this past week. Ortiz is right at 30 threes for the season.
Izellah Kendrick Izellah Kendrick 6'2" | C Bloomingdale | 2025 State FL was a standout at the Tampa Bay Christmas Invitational and was the MVP after leading her team to a championship in their bracket. Kendrick is a baller and is strong on the blocks. She can also step out and hit the jumper.
Julianna Baskin Julianna Baskin 6'2" | PF Providence | 2026 State FL averaged nearly 15 points last week over in Pensacola. Baskin does a lot on the court including rebounding the ball. She is also smooth in the middle with a nice midrange jump shot. Baskin has great footwork and knows how to get her shot off in the paint. She also runs the court very well. In three games, last week, Baskin posted the following points-rebounding stats: 10-12, 12-13, 16-3. For the season she is averaging a double-double (12.3 points – 10 rebounds) per game.
Beckham Hockley Beckham Hockley 5'7" | PG Sickles | 2024 State FL had a 24-point performance earlier this week and followed that up with a 22-point- 4 assist performance the next game. Hockley just continues to roll in her senior season. Hockley is shooting the three and also doing everything else on the court.
Sy’monique Simon Sy’monique Simon 5'6" | SG Cardinal Mooney | 2025 State FL put in a 20-point performance and a 14-point performance in back-to-back games. Simon is a scorer and just knows how to put the ball in the basket. Simon also rebounds well from the guard position and pulled down 10 rebounds in one of her games.
Kali Barrett Kali Barrett 6'2" | SF Cardinal Mooney | 2025 State FL was solid, scoring 15 points in back-to-back games. Barrett is one of the top 2025 prospects in the State. She is a smooth player who scores on all levels of the floor and contributes in a lot of important areas on the court. Barrett is approaching the 20 three-pointer mark. She entered her last game averaging over 14 points per game and nearly 8 rebounds per game.
