The Final 4 is now set in all the Classes. The road to get to the Final 4 was exciting and saw greta performances by the top tier players in the State. There were major contributions made by a lot of players that you donty normally hear about. In gthis article we take a look at players that don't always get the recognition and "pub" from a lot of media outlets. In this article, we look at some of the players who went "under th radar" during the playoffs and played thier roles well and made great contributions.

[player_tooltip player_id='434835' first='Reese' last='Mayer'] has really played well this year and answered the bell game after game. The young Mayer pushes the ball up the floor with great speed and makes smart decisions on the floor. She does a good job getting her team into their offensive sets, and she does a good job of distributing the ball. Mayer also showed that she could score in the clutch moments of the game. She played well against Ribnault and made some timely baskets when her team was struggling to score. Defensively, Mayer does a good job of defending the ball and shows good speed getting back in transition. Mayer has been a standout all season and continues to play her role very well.

[player_tooltip player_id='400818' first='Kennedi' last='Tatum'] played a great game and got the shot goi when it mattered the most. The young Tatum scored 12 points and was the key scorer during a critical juncture of the basketball game. Tatum can get to the rim, she can shoot the midrange, and can shoot the ball from behind the arc. Defensively, she has the quickness and athleticism to defend much older players and flinch. Tatum plays great in transition on both ends of the floor and has been special all season long. A few things to remenmber are: Tatum is in 8th grade, she is fearless, and she has been under the radar for most of the season. Teams and media outlets arfe paying attention. This young baller is special.

[player_tooltip player_id='400817' first='Londyn' last='Tatum'] has flown under the radar this season, but she has played well all season. The young Tatum runs the floor well and plays well in transition and can cover layups or lead the break. Tatum can also score in the midrange and shoot the three pointer. She hit the game winning three pointy shot to send her team to the Final 4 in Lakeland. These moments are pressure packed for any player, and to be in 8th grader could be nerve wracking. For Tatum to be in 8th grade and shooting and converting the game winning three point shot is special. .

[player_tooltip player_id='248557' first='Breah' last='Usry'] (cover) has been special all season and has flown under the radar this season. When a team watches the tape, they see an athletic shooting guard who wreaks havoc on opposing ball handlers. Usry can also get to the rim and is a tough and physical player. She shoots most of her shots in the painted area and can convert difficult shots becasue of her athleticism and scoring ability. Defensively, Usry usually guards the ball and is very good at disrupting the timing of tghe offense.

[player_tooltip player_id='722922' first='Kennedy' last='Loux'] has played well all season and has flown under the radar for most of the season. Loux ran the point guard position and did a good job of handling the ball and handling the tough defensive pressure that San Jose Prep applied. Loux did a good job of passing gthe ball to her bigs at the freethrow line while under immense pressure. She also did a good job of getting down hill to the rim,. Loux was also good on defense and was disruptive guarding the ball and playing helpside defense. She also shot the ball well from the midrange area. The Sophomore guard was a difffernce maker and she has been instrumental in her team's success all season long.
