Spencer is crafty and understands how to set the defender up to attack the basket, her deceptive first step plays a part in that, as well as drop the jumper and she uses a few moves to create spacing. She also can drop the jumper in transition, ala “stop and pop” from mid to long range yet her court vision and ballhandling are also solid
Celestine is “long and athletic” and over “the magic number” which are two main ingredients to be on next level coaches short lists, it’s just that simple yet her “intangibles” are what will add more interest such as her going after the ball, AFTA, off the rim, on both ends along with her powerful finishes after contact. Her defense, in and outside the paint are nice, she also facers the basket to score
Gilbert is explosive off the dribble and she finishes strongly after contact yet watching her progression over the years one thing has remained constant, her energy level, on both ends, never changes. Speaking of changes, her ability to change directions going full speed in the open court leaves the defender helpless at times yet she finishes strongly after contact, or can drain the jumper from mid to long-range. She also applies heat defensively
Terrell is another explosive guard that is, well hard to guard because she’s “long and athletic” which is the base period no matter what position you play and her body control coupled with her acrobatic finishes places her in the “highlight waiting to happen” category. The interesting thing is that she stays with it after the lick yet she also can drop the jumper, nice elevation and release, plays “on the ball” defense and also plays the passing lane
Dasia Hyams

Hyams gets the cover because she is hard to COVER and when you factor in she’s another “long and athletic” player that showed she can score however you want it will raise some eyebrows. She rebounds on both ends and can handle the ball and go coast to coast to score or dish yet she also scores on putbacks as well as from outside. Her defense is solid, yes she also plays the passing lane yet her court vision in transition is also nice
Golden is a GIRL that has her teammates “thanking her for being a friend” on their squad, you probably won’t catch that yet her sheer dominance defensively inside the paint keeps getting better as she is showing good timing to block, alter and (or) deflect shots yet she also rebounds strongly, on both ends. She understands how t get the outlet going, her hands and footwork are also solid as she scores around the basket yet her facing the basket as well as attacking off the dribble has shot up
