These five who made the all-tournament team broke records and put up some jaw-dropping performances in Coos Bay.
The best player in all of 3A, it was no surprise that Ally Schimel Ally Schimel 5’10” | CG Corbett | 2024 State OR absolutely dominated in the state tournament on her way to a championship, earning a unanimous spot on the all-tournament first team. In the three games, Schimel had 24 points, 6 rebounds, 3 assists, and 3 steals to kick things off against Westside Christian; 21 points, 7 rebounds, 6 steals, 3 assists, and 2 blocks in the close win over Vale; and she finished her career in no better fashion, knocking down eight 3-pointers and scoring an incredible 42 points to go along with 10 rebounds, 5 steals, and 2 assists in the dominant championship win. Schimel has just been unreal in her senior season, and she will be a treat to watch at the next level, wherever she lands.

The other unanimous selection for first team all-tournament, junior Addyson Clark Addyson Clark 6’0″ | PF Sutherlin | 2025 State OR was an unstoppable force in Coos Bay as she was all season. The Far West League player of the year has challenges teams with her versatility, as she dominates the paint but also has the ability to stretch to the outside and attack or make shots from there. She frequently leads her team in rebounding, often notching double-digit figures in that category, and scored 11 points in the first game against Creswell, 24 of her team’s 44 in the two-point loss to Amity, and 10 of her team’s 26 in the loss to Vale, earning player of the game honors in both of the last two games. Clark and the Bulldogs are a matchup that nobody will want to have next season.

Adie Nisly
Adie Nisly
The runners-up in 3A, Amity will continue to be a very good team over the next few years with young talent like Adie Nisly on their team. The Warriors dominated their first game in Coos Bay against Nyssa with Nisly leading the way with 18 points, 5 steals, 2 assists, and 1 rebound, earning player of the game honors. She was Amity’s player of the game once again in the win over Sutherlin with a team-high 15 points, and she finished the tournament with 6 in the state championship game against Corbett. Nisly is a great defender and is incredibly fun to watch offensively with elite footwork and tough finishes around the rim being her go-to.
If her older sister Ally weren’t in the picture, Lilly Schimel Lilly Schimel 5’8″ Corbett | 2025 State OR would likely be a candidate for state player of the year in her own right, so it is no surprise that she earned a spot on the all-tournament first team. The junior is one of the elite shooters in the state, as well as one of the best rebounders I have seen all year. She had double-doubles in two of the three games in the tournament, finishing with 21 points — including three 3’s — 11 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2 steals against Westside Christian; another three 3-pointers for 15 points, 6 rebounds, and 1 assist over Vale; and an amazing 30 points with six made 3’s, 10 rebounds, 3 blocks, 2 assists, and 2 steals in the state championship victory. She will undoubtedly be one of the players to watch next season as a senior.

Twin sister to Adie, Eliza Nisly Eliza Nisly 5’6″ | PG Amity | 2026 State OR is another reason why Amity was so good this year and will continue to be in the coming years. The sophomore guard opened the tournament with a well-rounded 15-point, 6-rebound, 2-steal, 1-assist, and 1-block performance against Nyssa. She followed that up with 9 points in the semis and 13 points in the loss to Corbett in the state championship. As one of the leaders for the Warriors, who are returning all but two players on their roster, Nisly already commented on her excitement to get back to work and make another deep run next season.
