At 5'9 is moves and plays like a guard but can also defend some of the more mobile post players. Olivia is a crafty finisher at the rim that uses her body to shield off bigger defenders. Over the last two years she has shown some improvements with her jump shot. She has been the heart and soul of the Fort Collins team for the last two years, providing them with a consistent scoring option. Since she's seen an uptake in minutes Avery has gotten better at finding open teammates and getting them the ball in spaces, they can covert. The Colorado Christian commit played in post for most of the season on the defensive end of the floor, where she was able to use her speed and athleticism to make it tough for opposing post. On offense it caused a mismatch, allowing her to use her quick frost step to blow past and get to the rim. She missed last season when she had an ACL injury but was able to come back this season and be a great scoring option for the team. In six games this season she was able to put up 10.5 points, 4.2 rebounds and 3.8 assists a game before suffering an injury that kept her out for the rest of the year. In first season in a larger role Brianne came in and carried a lot of the load offensively for the Spartan's. It took a couple of games for her to get used to the speed and how much more aggressive the game is. Once she got comfortable, she proved to be a capable ball handler that can get downhill and finish at the rim. She was a reliable catch and shoot option all year, her quick release makes it really hard to get out and contest. Ava was also a huge part of the team on defense, she is a pesky defender that loves to get under player's skin. While offensively she can knockdown the 3-ball when open, she also has the ability to get easy looks from crashing the glass offense.
