Utah Club Invitational All-Tournament Teams

She picked almost everyones pockets with her anticipation and long reach as she was able to convert on some easy layups. Her ability to get paint touches was on display as well. She is just a do it all lead guard. She was all over the floor, rebounding and defending all weekend. She makes great reads and cuts to the basket and all tha movement and activity makes her a big time rebounding threat. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Abby Christensen || [program_tooltip program_id='772857' first='Utah' last='Lady Prospects 3SSB'] ||</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Christensen has a lot of length and it impact the game in the paint as she alters a lot of shots and gets a few blocks here and there. Even though she has size she was able to put the ball on the floor and finish and shoot from beyond the arc. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='796479' first='Avery' last='Thompson'] || [program_tooltip program_id='879716' first='Utah' last='Lady Prospects Gold'] ||</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>She gets downhill and she is tuff to stop. She has a few good moves but keeps it simple. She has a very mature game as she seeks open cutter off the bounce but also pulls in that midrange. She has excellent mechanics. She has that obvious height but she is skilled and although still raw she is improving every time we see her on the floor. She has a quick first step and she does see the floor well.
