Kylie Butler Kylie Butler 5'7" | CG Argyle | 2026 State WI
Butler played the best basketball I’ve ever seen on Saturday morning. She looked comfortable with a handful of girls she hadn’t played with before and made everything she put up towards the rim. Butler finished that game with 27 points and made a bunch of threes. I’ve always liked her passing and vision, which showed up in each game I watched her play. Butler’s Purple Aces group loves to get up and down the floor by creating live-ball turnovers, which suits what she does best. Whenever she was on the floor, her team was at its best, and that team has talent from top to bottom, which should tell you how effective she was in Appleton.

The Fremd native crushed it on Saturday afternoon. She dominated that game, and the defense had no answers for her. She routinely found open pockets of space to make threes and found ways to help her team put points on the board more often than not. Her consistency in that was evident. She never got too high after making shots, and that steadiness made me believe each shot she took was falling through the rim. I thought she was one of the most productive kids in Appleton this past weekend.
Lillie Johnson
Johnson is among the most talented kids I’ve seen from the Upper Peninsula. The 6-0 wing has the ball-handling skills of a guard and does an excellent job scoring at all three levels. She’s a kid that schools might get to a little later than most because she’s from the U.P., but the talent is there for her to play scholarship-level basketball. She moves well, can score from anywhere on the floor, and has some toughness to her game. I thought she was good. She is worth a look from coaches in the region.
Mylee Stiefel
It felt like the Burlington, Iowa native made every three she threw at the rim on Sunday. She made at least five threes in the game I watched, probably more, and she took each one confidently. Stiefel is also an excellent multi-sport athlete and can defend well with her lateral quickness. There was plenty of size at the rim, so she didn’t attack as much as she probably would’ve wanted to, but when your shots fall like they were for her yesterday, there’s no reason to stop shooting. I was impressed with her.
