Which was capped off in March with a Class 6A State Championship. She uses her elite level track speed and athletic ability to be a terror on the defensive end.  Some of this comes from her mindset that seems to be that every rebound, every looseball belongs to hers. She also has good fundamentals as an on the ball defender. It's something that she obviously takes pride in, and it has paid off. As in the closing seconds of the State Title, it was her defense on the ball that forced a poor shot, securing the title. In this video, she also puts those gifts to good use with how she covers grounds to block shots. Offensively she looks to be a good finisher around the rim, and hit her fair share of shots in the mid-range. Especially on the offensive end. This continued in her highlight tape from Heart of Texas. She hunts for rebounds, even ripping one away from an opposition and scoring quickly.
