After an impressive freshman season at 1A Damascus Christian that ended in a state championship, Day had no trouble transitioning to the 6A level in her sophomore season at Nelson due to Damascus's inability to field a team. She was the Mt. Hood Conference's defensive player of the year and made the first team. She is playing for Jason Kidd Select this grassroots season, and her defensive prowess, 6'0 size and athleticism, and her ability to create on the offensive end in a variety of ways make her difficult to miss. She and her young squad at Nelson will be a team to watch over the next few years in the state.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_1_player":["502354"],"_player_evaluations_1_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"Playing for a very talented Cal Stars 17U team, [player_tooltip player_id='502354' first='Izzie' last='Harms'] is another one of the top collegiate prospects that Oregon has to offer. She is a 6'1 shooting forward with very little weakness in her game. She crashes the boards hard, she can shoot from deep and also attack the rim, and is a force on the defensive end. Harms helped lead her Willamette team to a 5th place finish in the state, losing to the eventual state champs by only 3 points in the semifinal game, and with no seniors graduating, they will be a team to beat next season. Harms is due to have one of the best senior seasons next year.","_player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_2_player":["346369"],"_player_evaluations_2_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"[player_tooltip player_id='346369' first='Sage' last='Winslow'], one of the top players in Oregon for several years now, is coming off an incredible junior season. She led Crater to the state championship game, losing by only one point in overtime, and was her league player of the year and the runner-up state player of the year. She is an electric defender with elite athleticism, putting up huge steal numbers every game. In addition, she is a crafty point guard who knows how to score in all manners of ways while also creating for her teammates. Winslow just seems like every coach's dream with incredible basketball ability and a high IQ on the court. Winslow is playing for [program_tooltip program_id='713147' first='Oregon' last='Elite']'s Navy team this grassroots season which is a team that you will want to watch.","_player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_3_player":["502352"],"_player_evaluations_3_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"If you don't know the name [player_tooltip player_id='502352' first='Emma' last='Zuniga'], you will want to change that. Zuniga is an incredible talent, and as a member of the class of 2026, she will only continue to get better over the next two years. Although technically a shooting forward, Zuniga has demonstrated that she can play any position on the court for her West Salem team during the high school season. She is a natural scorer who seems to always find a way to put the ball in the basket, even when opposing teams focus their entire defense on her. She also is an incredible leader on the court for her age. Zuniga is playing for ABA's 17U team this weekend as they head to Phoenix.","_player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_4_player":["833528"],"_player_evaluations_4_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_4_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_4_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_4_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_4_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_4_evaluation":"[player_tooltip player_id='833528' first='Ava' last='Mai'], who plays for 3A Westside Christian during the high school season, is one of the small school gems in the state. Mai is a tenacious defender who opposing players hate to have matched up on them. She carries this intensity with her as she crashes the boards relentlessly, often putting up double-digit numbers in rebounds. Mai is lightning quick and can flip the court quickly, pushing the ball in transition incredibly well. In addition, she has a nice stroke to knock down shots from beyond the arc. She is playing for Or3gon Tripl3 this spring/summer as she heads into her senior year.","_player_evaluations_4_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":5,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"edit","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-6647b23da1613"} /-->
