During this AAU season, [player_tooltip player_id='752947' first='Liv' last='Schieber'] has put together a pretty impressive season as a whole while playing up a grade level. She is leading her team from the guard position by example, she is producing on both ends of the floor, and she is communicating at a high rate with everyone else around her. Looking at Schieber, her play style, and where she plans to attend high school and you start to realize that should could step up as a Freshman and make a difference within her Storm program almost immediately. I'm not sure how Coach Nannan is going to go about this but if she is put in the position to be successful, she is going to take full advantage of it and I can't wait to see that first hand in the near future.

[player_tooltip player_id='896716' first='Mya' last='Sawyer'] is someone else that is going to have the chance to step up and make a difference her Freshman season at Westview High School these next few months when taking everything into consideration. Sawyer may only be 5'7 but she has a strong and determined play-style. She isn't afraid to mix it up with anyone that may be bigger than her on either side of the floor and she is usually the first one to bump someone or to compete with a high level of physicality throughout a contest. If she comes into high school with some confidence, I'm sure she is going to have a really nice Freshman year as a whole, no matter what level she is competing at.

[player_tooltip player_id='910355' first='Payton' last='Palmer'] is one of the more interesting prospects out of this 2028 Class and that is because of her future potential/ceiling. Palmer already stands at 5'10, she has a smart head on her shoulders, and a lot of athleticism. When you combined those three things together, as long as she stays motivated, it should lead for a recipe of success at Elkhorn North over her next four seasons. This is someone that is going to be considered to be a top rated prospect out of her Class as long as she stays on her current path. She demonstrates a lot of intangibles out on the floor when competing and that is only going to help her in the long run. She has been putting together a productive AAU season with her Omaha Supreme program, she just has to keep this momentum up, moving into the Fall/Winter seasons later this year.

What [player_tooltip player_id='889435' first='Macy' last='Schneider'] brings to the floor a majority of the time, is something you can't necessarily teach from a coaching standpoint. Schneider is a quick thinking, fast moving leader with the ball in her hands and her teammates seem to gravitate toward that when they are all out on the court together. Schneider is the type to be able to change the outcome of a game, solely based on how well she can control the tempo of everything that is happening around her at any given time. Not to mention, she really seems like a leader. Someone that can speak at her teammates and they will listen, taking it in a positive way more-so than anything else. The Elkhorn South Storm are returning a very young group this Winter so there will be opportunities. If Schneider plays to her full capabilities, she could help this group get some big wins at the Varsity level before their season comes to a close. We are still months away from all of that and we still have an AAU live period to play in July so I'm sure she isn't focused on all of this but it's definitely something to think about as we see some high school ball unfolding this month of June.
