June Rankings Update: 2-Guards Going Up

As session one of the spring Grassroots season comes to an end, we look to update our rankings for each class in preparation for the summer high school season and the second session of Grassroots basketball. There were many prospects who demonstrated a progression in their game during the high school season and added an exclamation point with a strong Grassroots session this spring. These are the 2026 shooting guard prospects who raised their rankings with notable performances and progress during our evaluations.    <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Stock Risers</h2>   [player_tooltip player_id='502293' first='Analiya' last='Fields']-5-8-Hamady-Mystics-S40   Analiya is a lengthy guard who was a pure scorer for Hamady during the winter season and has continued to demonstrate her offensive abilities on the circuit this spring. She is one of the smoothest shooting guards off the dribble in her class and consistently burns defenses with her pull-up jumpers from beyond the arc and in the mid-range. Analiya uses her length and ball-handling control to create space and matchup problems for defenses. She makes accurate deliveries with both hands, firing passes across the court to create open shots. Victoria has the green light from beyond the arc, she is a knockdown 3-point shooter who takes over games when she gets hot. Victoria deflects passes and creates steals on the defensive end with her quickness and length. She impacts the game by scoring at all levels on offense and creating turnovers on defense. She uses her wiry length and burst to swipe the ball away and then outraced her opponents to the rim in transition. Leila blocks shots and works hard to win the hustle plays, while creating shots for herself and others off the dribble. Her athleticism and speed stick out on the court and she finishes well on her drives. Leila earned OK Silver All-Conference Honors with Calvin Christian as a sophomore and has continued to build on her success this spring.   <a href="https://prepgirlshoops.com/2024/04/reviewing-the-clash/">Read more about Leila</a>   [player_tooltip player_id='773852' first='Faith' last='Zoldos']-5-9-Rochester Adams-[program_tooltip program_id='955650' first='Michigan' last='Drive Express']   Faith is an ultra-competitive guard prospect who can take over games on both sides of the ball. She has the speed and determination to chase down a breakaway layup for a block, but will get hot from beyond the arc and drill consecutive 3s off the bounce or the catch. Faith has another gear she shifts into when pushing the ball in transition or putting her head down on a drive to the basket. Faith competes with a high motor and continues to work hard fundamentally to develop towards her ceiling. She earned all-conference honors as a Freshman and honorable mention as a sophomore with Rochester Adams.   <a href="https://prepgirlshoops.com/2023/11/bells-first-five-session-2-headliners/">Read more about Faith</a>   <h2 class="wp-block-heading">New Additions</h2>   [player_tooltip player_id='903329' first='Kara' last='Roberts']-5-4-Baraga-0 Star Basketball   Kara was one of the best surprises of the spring travel season when she showed up with 0 Star for our PGH Live Tournament and dominated. Kara was the most efficient 3-point shooter at the tournament and demonstrated deep range. She created steals on defense and demonstrated quickness with her dribble. Kara is a yooper hooper who can flat out ball and earned All-U.P team honorable mention. Michaela has the quickness and combo dribbles to beat defenders off the dribble and score downhill. Michaela catches fire from beyond the arc and will take over games with her 3-point shooting.
